The Violent Confrontation Was Said To Have Erupted Following The Killing Of A Young Man Identified As Chigozie Ifeonu, Popularly Known As Chizi Benz, Who Was Stabbed To Death By A Group Of Hausa Youths.

According To An Eyewitness, “Chizi Benz Had Bought A Motorcycle For A Hausa Man On An Installment Basis, But The Man Disappeared With The Bike For Several Months. Yesterday, Chizi Benz Spotted Him While Driving, Stopped, And Confronted Him To Retrieve The Bike. The Hausa Man Refused And Began Calling His Fellow Hausa People. He Reportedly Told Them In Hausa Language That Chizi Benz Was Trying To Rob Him Of His Bike. The Group Then Attacked And Repeatedly Stabbed Chizi Benz.
