MONDAY MOTIVATION

The Raymond & Joyce Foundation in collaboration with Dorcas Heart Foundation, Texas, USA recently donated medical equipment and consumables to the Rivers State Government.

The official handover ceremony took place at the Zonal Hospital, Okrika where we were warmly received by Dr. Bright Ogbonda, Chief Medical Director, Rivers State Hospitals Management Board and the management and staff of the hospital.

The donated equipment and consumables worth over 300 million naira will be distributed to 15 rural hospitals across the state.

The state government sincerely appreciates dedicated partners who are keen to support the state in advancement of Governor Fubara's #Health4AllRivers strategy.

Immense thanks to Mrs Oluchi Dappa, Coordinator RJF and Oroma Kejeh Head of Programmes RJF.

I wish you all a week filled with productive partnerships and multiple wins!

I was conferred with the chieftaincy title Ada Oha Oma Di Na Mba I Ndi Oyigbo by His Royal Highness, Eze Kingsley Akobundu Nwogu PhD JP, Eze Oha IV of Oyigbo Urban Kingdom and the Chiefs in Council.

This honour came as a surprise, but heightened my resolve to unrelentingly advocate for the health and development of ALL our communities.

Once again, my deep appreciation to the people of Oyigbo Urban Kingdom, and Rivers State in her entirely, as we continue to push forward for progress.
