🚨 The Robotaxi race just got a lot more interesting! 👀
Nevada approved Tesla for up to 5,000 autonomous vehicles, a huge jump from its previous 10-car interim limit. Tesla says it’d be “extremely happy” to have around 2,500 running within a year.
Over in Austin, Tesla says public Cybercab rides are “imminent.” And Waymo isn’t standing still either! Its latest self-driving hardware reportedly costs around $20K.
Feels like the question is changing from “Who gets permission?” to “Who can actually scale fastest?”

There will be a day when Tesla sells me this car, and when that day comes, I’m going to own one of the largest fleet of Tesla Robotaxis in the U.S.
People think I'm joking.
My fleet of Cybercabs will be put to work on the Robotaxi network, and document everything along the way... the cost, the revenue, the expenses, the downtime, and the actual $ profit all on 𝕏.
Then I want to prove something that sounds crazy to a lot of people today - one person can build a Robotaxi fleet that generates $1M a year.
That’s what makes this bigger than just a car to me.
If Tesla can make autonomous vehicles productive assets that work while their owners sleep, travel, spend time with family, or build other businesses, it will completely change what vehicle ownership and investing mean.
Most people will probably wait until the business model is obvious.
For me, I want to be there early enough to prove it works.
One day I’m going to look back at this post with a fleet of Cybercabs running and say... I told you exactly what I was going to do.
Give me the green light Elon!
