@Se_Railway It was cancelled, after being there for 3-4 hours, all our plans cancelled. How do we claim compensation? (Have already claimed for our tickets) but still had bookings and paid for parking

@Se_Railway Got on our train at 11:30 to arrive in London at 12:08.. still at ebbsfleet 3 hours later and no sign of going anywhere soon. We’ve been lied to about timings repeatedly. And already had to cancel all of our bookings & plans, and spent my boyfriend’s birthday stuck on a train
