4/🧵: So in the summer of 2022, @izzylakis and I went to the @KBSLTER and collected soil from a 30-year nitrogen site. Prairie has been fertilized, or not, for 3 decades- and otherwise left alone. Then, we inoculated this soil onto 400 clover seedlings. Here we are!
