@DVSAgovuk my son had his test cancelled as his break light wasn’t working @ Guildford. My husband went straight away to a garage, replaced the bulb bur returned to the test centre too late. Lost out spot. We are out of pocket & now unable to find a test anywhere. Any advise?
@SimonCalder I am horrified by all these stories. I feel for you all. I went on a last minute trip to Nice via Gatwick to last week. EasyJet staff were amazing, 0 flight delays, 0 problems. I thought travelling would be sane again!

@mintvelvet Really great customer service experience. Returned package via Collect+ on 10.12 and never arrived to MV. The team have been so kind and gracious all the way when I have been worried sick. Issue now taken up with Collect+ thank you 🙏 MV.
THE most appalling service ever. See Trust Pilot. Still waiting for a refund for order cancelled in November due to lack of communication. Have sent DM’s & emails. Still no reply. Worst customer service ever @westelm & @westelmUK any one any ideas on who might be able to help?
@westelmUK - can you please let us know when we will I receive refund for cancelled order? I have chased customer services and have been advised that the money has not been taken but I can assure you it has. Order # Order #1692842 left our back 13 Nov.

That doesn’t help! Maybe try calling it yourself and being on hold for over 15 minutes and then getting someone who hardly speaks. maybe they are as speechless about your customer service as your customers are! @westelm uk #awfulcustomerservice
