There is nothing more draining than two-faced, hypocritical people with a superiority complex.

It’s exhausting to watch.

Watching someone wear a different mask for different crowds.
Switch personalities depending on who’s in the room.
Laugh louder. Agree faster. Pretend harder.

At some point, you have to ask — who are you when nobody’s watching?

Because the constant need for validation is a bottomless pit. No amount of attention will ever fill it. No applause lasts long enough. No compliment sticks deep enough. If you don’t know who you are, the world’s approval will never be enough.

And the saddest part? They usually build a circle that enables it. A toxic echo chamber where nobody tells the truth. Where ego gets fed. Where authenticity quietly dies.

Meanwhile, the genuine ones get overlooked.
The quiet ones with integrity.
The real ones who don’t perform.
The people who don’t need to announce their worth.

Authenticity has become rare — and that says a lot about the world we’re living in.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t have to fit into every room.
You don’t have to impress everyone.
