The vet said he if still won't pee, he needs to be operated. They updated me this morning and said that he still wouldn't pee.

I noticed my cat being grumpy. He's rarely grumpy and he wouldn't stand up even if I called for him. My sister brought him to the vet and Baji was diagnosed with UTI. They tried putting catheter and instead of pee, blood was comming out.
