@MBonvoyAssist I have a reservation on Friday at the Solaz Los Cabos and cannot apply a NUA even though the hotel participates and standard suites are available. What's going on here?
@ring My spotlight camera has very blurry imagery. I called ring support and was told it needed to be replaced. Even though my plan has the extended warranty I was told I didn’t qualify because of Ring changing my plan from legacy to multi. 🤦♂️
@MBonvoyAssist Reservation in my finance’s name tonight at the Marriott Westfields and we are being walked. I was able to get the 90k points for the Ultimate Reservation Guarantee but they only wanted to refund the $200 to a corporate work card. Is there another solution?
@AmericanAir over 30 minutes to get on a bus to the Eagle’s Nest at LAX (gates 52a-j). You guys need to have more buses running. This is absolutely painful.
@TMobile I’ve had the worst experience trying to switch from Verizon. 2+ hours on the phone and told to use the T-Life app which only gives errors. Absolutely unacceptable.
@AmericanAir Upgrades for EPs are frustrating. 6 of 12 seats open at 100 hours, no upgrade. Yet, they’re still being sold for $97. Now down to 4 seats at 79 hours. No upgrade.
@CocaCola@manbearsandpigs Except for those of us that are allergic to it. I literally would fall to the ground in pain as a child and had no idea what was wrong. Eventually, it’s was traced back to the HFCS in coke. Saying it’s “safe” when many people have an allergic reaction to HFCS isn’t genuine.
@OpenTable finally went to redeem my open table points for a dinning reward and it gets devalued 20% between what’s shown in the app and the redemption page?! Not cool.

@ElPolloLoco Did any one else stop going to El Pollo Loco when they decided to not tell you the final item price on their coupons and just give you a “dollars off” of whatever price the restaurant wanted to charge?
@tacobell Ordered delivery today and my driver never showed up. Used the contact us link in the app and I was refund the money however my Taco Bell rewards tier reward was used and not replaced. Emails are not responded to and couldn’t reorder without a $5.99 delivery fee.
