Please don’t inject bleach or drink disinfectant. Bleach injections cause hemolysis (where your red blood cells that carry OXYGEN break apart) and cause liver damage, and many disinfectants can cause dangerous burns or bleeding in your stomach. This tweet IS medical advice
This is not the time to travel, unless absolutely necessary. Stay at home and be creative with how you connect with family and friends.
Find the virtue in virtual & telephone connections. Find togetherness without gathering.
For the ones we love, stay 100% committed.
"The maximum fine for failing to comply with the quarantine is $750,000 and up to six months in prison, but those who put others at risk through could face harsher penalties: up to a $1-million levy and three years imprisonment." #StayHome#COVID19

@j_mcelroy Would be great to see a chart for BC and/or Canada similar to this one from Australia, showing how data correlates with when
each order was put in place. Up for it?

A lot of people asking where/how/who gets money in #BC while dealing with #COVID19. This graph was sent to me and lays it out very well. Stay safe everyone! #WashYourHands
Across BC, schools and districts are developing out-of-classroom education plans for students. In the meantime, parents can use Open School to find free, everyday educational activities to support their children's home learning. https://t.co/elikNHtN1K #COVIDBC#BCED

Other thoughts after reading/listening to BC COVID-19 briefing:
- Modelling is super detailed. BC is eyes wide open on multiple ways this could go.
- BC is planning for worst case scenario, to be safe.
- Distancing measures we are all taking right now will impact how bad it gets.
