@pauljadam@mikedoise@voisineduvoisin Nice! I never had accessibility training either with onboarding, including when I was a developer. We have accessibility training with onboarding for all employees (even accounting etc) but in similar fashion we are an accessibility focused organization.

Email, slack, powerpoints, zoom presentations etc are all digital content and knowing a few accessibility principles can make a big difference.

@Snubs Something I learned is don't trust the inspection results on a home that you don't own and can't control the environment. Radon tests are pretty easy to game and everyone is incentivized for it to come back good.
I just stumbled upon 2 websites where all the links were divs and no you can't focus on them with a keyboard. The divs have classes called nav-link. Just use a link!
Today was a good day. We’ve removed almost 1,000 inaccessible PDFs from our health information pages and converted the most used to webpages. Now the work begins to audit, consolidate, rewrite and recreate the 1,000 as beautiful, simple pages. Here we goooo… #a11y#ContentDesign
