@LNER just had a disappointing conversation with a customer service agent - was incredibly unwell last Sunday when I had a journey to London booked and have not been able to get my money back for the unused ticket. £50 is a substantial sum of money to not get back - shocking
@LNER my train from don to pbo at 17.56 is delayed with no time, can you please advise the next train to get, my station and app are showing conflicting info
