Lots of people are rediscovering and re-sharing this post this morning, so I’m putting it again here.
Listen to @esglaude. Really take in his words.
The work we have ahead of us is deep, and transcends elections. It always has been. And we are called to do it.
@Coach_SHusband@Dline_coach I couldn’t agree more. As a coach, I strive to be more efficient. Simplifying the basics in a way that allows my players to understand “the why” has elevated our D-line play. Thank you Coach!
🚨#BREAKING: A police officer in Phoenix has rented out an ENTIRE 144-SEAT MOVIE THEATER for over 100 middle schoolers after their end-of-year field trip fell through, so they could see Toy Story 5.
When they got there, he realized many couldn't afford popcorn or drinks...
..so he bought EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM popcorn, candy, and a drink too.
His name is Sean Reavies,
For many kids, it was their first time ever inside of a movie theater in their lives.
When the kids asked how they could pay him back, he told them:
"As you get older in life, help other people. As a payback to me. Would you do that? That's all I ask of you."
MORE OF THIS!!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
By Jasmine Crockett:
"Hey Tim Scott,
You spent years tap dancing through every interview, every speech, every Sunday show appearance telling America that racism was basically over and that your success story proved everybody else just needed to work harder and complain less.
You carried water for people who mocked civil rights, demonized poor people, gutted diversity programs, attacked voting rights, and treated Black history like a disease.
And for what?
No VP slot.
No cabinet throne.
No real power.
Not even basic respect.
You confessed your admiration on national television for people who viewed you as nothing more than a convenient talking point — the “See? We have one!” guy standing in the background smiling on cue.
Then the second you showed the smallest trace of independence and questioned that disgusting Obama monkey post, your own side turned on you like starving wolves.
Suddenly the loyal house servant wasn’t loyal enough.
Now you’re sitting in a car recording cellphone videos reminding the world that you’re still Black.
Trust us, Senator — nobody forgot.
The problem is that you spent so much time trying to convince other people that racism wasn’t real that now, when it smacks you directly in the face, you want sympathy from the same community you lectured for years.
You defended the people stripping away protections for minorities, women, the poor, and working-class families. You stood beside people cheering the destruction of programs our grandparents marched, bled, and died for.
And now you look shocked that the crowd you entertained never actually saw you as an equal.
The Bible talks about the Prodigal Son returning home after losing everything.
But the Prodigal Son came home humble.
You spent years helping burn the house down.
And now you’re politically homeless:
too Black for the people you defended,
too eager to defend them for the people you abandoned.
That’s the tragedy of selling your dignity for a seat at a table that was never meant for you.
Tim, you may be the PRODIGAL SON, BUT YOU CAN’T COME HOME."
We saw it coming. He didn't want to.
“You can’t reach the playoffs, you can’t win a championship if you don’t win the day in front of you. Just getting better every single day in the weight room, in the training room, on the court. Trying to maximize the day is the main goal,” Paige Bueckers
Habits build winners.
Curt Cignetti shares a universal truth about habits and consequences.
"In life - you got freedom of choice, but not freedom of consequence."
"First you form your habits, then your habits form you."
Every choice and action you take compounds. The small decisions you make daily - preparation, work ethic, and how you respond - those become your habits.
And over time, those habits become your identity.
You're free to choose. But the consequences of those choices aren't optional.
Your habits are shaping who you become.

@NFL_DovKleiman This post makes you appear stupid. That type of physique is absolutely achievable naturally. Superior genetics, hard work, and discipline makes this possible naturally. Stop throwing shade because you couldn’t look like that. You’re just making excuses for your own shortcomings.
"Basketball is basketball, nobody died"
Rori Harmon says Madison Booker thinks it's her fault Texas loss to UCLA. Booker had an uncharacteristic night. 3-23 shooting, but the veteran refused to let Book take the blame. Instead, she consoled her teammate and sister #HookEm
Rori Harmon stuck up for Madison Booker at the podium and consoled her after the game in the hallway...
She gave her reasoning after a question from @_dannydavis
"Mental health is a really big deal and I understand Maddie didn't play her best game and she really thinks it's her fault. When someone thinks that way you console them, that's your teammate, you never make them feel that they're alone...To me she's the best basketball player right now, I don't care about what everybody is saying. Madison Booker is the one"

@UConnWBB Weak ass apology from a weak ass, insecure mental midget of a man. Put some respect on Dawn Staley’s name. She’s earned at least that.
Btw… she outcoached and outclassed Geno. I’d expect better from a coach with his credentials. Be better @UConnWBB Be more like @GamecockWBB
Seems like a certain sector is uncomfortable with a Black Woman standing up for herself and refusing to be bullied by an insecure YT man. 🤔 where have we seen this before? 🇺🇸
Dawn outcoached and outclassed Geno. His tantrum and sorry ass apology does not change those two facts.
So Geno was really just pissed because Dawn’s team punked his team?!? We saw the pregame video… He was embraced… What the fuck is he talking about a handshake?!?
I'm one of those folks who doesn't agree with men coaches coaching women's basketball anyway, when they don't have women coaching men... That's about as patriarchal and misogynistic as it gets!!!
But regardless Geno was an ass right there with no excuse... Again, we saw the pregame video!
Overprotected kids become unprepared adults.
Dawn Staley nailed it.🔥
You can’t shelter your child from every hard moment and then expect them to handle adversity when it counts.
Hard is the lesson.

Donald Trump has disinvited Maryland Governor Wes Moore, the only Black governor in America, from a so-called bipartisan dinner for the nation’s governors.
Let that sink in.
Not only is Governor Moore the only Black governor, he is also the vice chair of the National Governors Association. His exclusion is not protocol. It is not oversight. It is not accidental. It is a deliberate act of disrespect and racial targeting by a president who has repeatedly shown contempt for Black leadership, Black excellence, and Black presence in spaces of power.
You cannot call something “bipartisan” while singling out and excluding the only Black governor in the country.
You cannot preach unity while practicing segregation.
You cannot demand civility while weaponizing exclusion.
This is the same old playbook, erase Black leadership, marginalize Black voices, then gaslight the nation when it’s called out.
And here is the real test of character: no governor with any moral decency should attend that dinner. Silence is complicity. Attendance is endorsement. Showing up as if nothing happened is participation in the insult.
If one governor can be humiliated today, any governor can be targeted tomorrow. But make no mistake, this move was aimed squarely at Black leadership.
History is watching. The country is watching. And Governor Wes Moore deserves solidarity, not silence.
Racism doesn’t always wear a hood. Sometimes it sends out invitations and decides who’s worthy to receive one.
Tag your governor and tell them not to attend. @maura_healey@MassGovernor
@FBGreatMoments How do you make this post and not have a single clip of the sideline out routes that would get called on third and long and you need to get the 1st Down? The precision and body control while being almost automatic on those type of plays are more impressive than running by DBs.#87
