Super thin coat applied with a cotton pad like a regular moisturizer, then make-up on top, then a swipe of a ponds-coated cotton pad after would take literally everything off. We sweated a lot under stage lights and only used water-proof mascara, and everything came off.

@acechhh A mom of one of my daughters friends in preschool had a stroke from a neck adjustment! Absolutely horrifying. It made me sick thinking how I happily, ignorantly visited one whilst pregnant for SPD. Thankfully she never touched my neck! Ugh it should be illegal.

@TheSwedishIvy I think it's helpful to reframe a child's bedroom as a safe space for explosive/loud feelings that otherwise disrupt a shared living space. Asking an overwhelmed child to take a few moments in their room to calm down is teaching them self regulation strategies!
