MRI of one govt hosp is disregarded in another govt hosp. Agents and staff run cartel for speedy tests.Y there is no SOP regrding these things. It is a waste of govt resources and unnecessary hassle for the patient who is already in distress. @PMOIndia @narendramodi @MoHFW_INDIA
