This is the reason I have been shouting at the top of my voice for people to start checking their fasting insulin routinely.

All these things could be growing for 5 to 15 years before a blood sugar test and other tests show anything.

High insulin not only directly cause cancer to develop, it helps it grow and spread faster.

Most men who are overweight, with a pot belly and breasts are very likely insulin resistant (elevated insulin).

These things are not taught in medical school so if you are waiting for your regular doctor to tell you this or check them, you may end up with complications.

A lot of health complications will be prevented if fasting insulin test is made routine and doctors taught how to reverse insulin resistance.
