@olsonplanner Yep, I actually checked my loans yesterday, reminded by the news, and saw I had my loans wiped through PSLF 2 weeks ago. I should check my personal email more often!
@emergencypdx @HemalPatelDO I re-read your question and see you’re painting a scenario with a very high pre-test probability. In that case would probably repeat in 1 week.
@emergencypdx @HemalPatelDO You’re PPV is going to be higher when PE is on the differential than a case like this used to screen for DVT. If we’re talking POCUS and + dimer, then I’d get an upstairs duplex or repeat in a wk. If we’re talking (-) duplex and + dimer, we’re done. What are your thoughts?
@MedFactChecks@embasic@dr_cellini I think when we do it for every trauma in the name of education we send the wrong message. At least that has been my experience at the shops I have worked at.
@embasic@MedFactChecks@dr_cellini I disagree even for that value when done as routine for every trauma. That’s the reason there’s many attendings now that rely on the FAST to r/o abdominal injury and consider it a necessary part of all trauma workups.
@DrTonyWeaver Ok. I have data that certainly suggests as gun laws get looser, shootings go up. I have an easy solution - regulate guns, especially military grade assault rifles.
What’s your solution for mental health, poverty, education, social determinants?
@DrTonyWeaver This report is nonsense. Loose gun laws and gun-related homicides have a nearly linear relationship. Those laws are made on the state level. If you were to step back from current discourse, i think you’d agree that giving assault rifles to anyone without any checks is a bad idea
@AmericanAir I’m a @uconn alum on flight 2970 on Monday night during the @UConnMBB championship game. What options will I have on flight to watch? I do have @YouTubeTV. Please and 🙏. Go huskies!
