Had applied for RT PCR for my dad. On waiting the whole day for the report, what we end up receiving is a report of an unknown person. The cause of such issues could be multiple:
1. Incorrect tagging of swabs
2. Incorrect PDF tagged

Request you to kindly assist for the correct report as the customer care asks to wait forever (20mins at a time). This also results in loss of trust in these critical times for such critical services.
