Upon calling, I am then hung up on and directed to the app/website.

My flight is on August 16, and I’ve spent the last four days digging into the APPR guidelines. I found this on Air Canada’s website: if they cancel your flight, they must rebook you within 48 hours. Do not accept a refund—let them rebook you instead. #AirCanada #strike #Canada

My summer student’s last day is today and she was supposed to fly to Vancouver alone one way tonight from Toronto to go back to school but your text message to her said there were no available flights to rebook her on while you try to push a refund on her.
