@MarylandDOT look at that 3-bus pile up, 50 minutes between Navy Line buses heading downtown during rush hour. Unworkable. No one can depend on that. Anyone with a 9am job going at the scheduled time would be 30 min late. That costs jobs, privileges car owners, is unacceptable.
