@panic Nova is running slow on certain files. I'm a subscriber. Opened a support ticket, had a back and forth and sent some process samples. Haven't heard back since November, even after following up. Nova is basically useless at this speed. Can I get some support please?

@WePay trust & safety moved an account from individual to nonprofit months before the agreed upon deadline for that switch, and the account is now suspended 14 days before the election. It's been days on a support ticket (#2166715) and no resolution. I need to get this resolved!

@flexibits since when is event invitations a premium feature? I've been using Fantastical 2 free version for months but never had an issue with invites. Do you expect to continue to lock basic features that used to work behind the paywall over time?
@flexibits hm, no, the only thing that happened was there was an automatic update today. They had been working, I have and had my accounts. No need for proposals right now (though interesting premium feature!) How do I get things back on track?
