Vasadze was behind the violence against @TbilisiPride in 2019 and 2021 - which led to many wounded and the death of 1 cameraman.
The agreement that will be announced today means that #LGBTQI+ people who have fled life-threatening situations and sought safety here will instead be sent to a country where it is not safe to be LGBTQI+.

Please do use the link in Rainbow Migration's thread to write to your MP about this - it is really important that MPs oppose holding any refugee in detention outside of the UK when processing their asylum claims - but this is particularly true for LGBTQI+ refugees in this case
