@nikelondon Only resolved as I have taken it up directly with Royal Mail . 3 wasted journeys to collect parcel and a good few hours of my valuable time wasted . No apology from @nike or goodwill gesture offered last transaction with your company need to look at your courier choice

@bt_uk@EE signed up to a new contract almost 4 weeks ago you aren’t providing the service I signed up to no work has taken place to upgrade my broadband to supply this . Yet you still bill me with the increase in charges ?? Will be seeking Legal advice
