@systemswindler Yes. I reviewed the full agreement, including the exhibits and the later addendum. Based on this document, I do not see anything that gives LTNC ownership of the ADIOS brand or establishes a license to the ADIOS trademark.

“COOKIES”
the “C” Logo with Bite
the Stylized “C” Logo

ADIOS is not listed on Exhibit A.

That is significant because the operative license grants Next Gen the right to use the Licensed Property and Cookies Endorsement.

1. The agreement’s licensed trademarks are specifically identified

The agreement says CKS Distro owns or is the exclusive licensee of the trademarks and other IP “identified on Exhibit A,” and defines those as the “Licensed Property.”

@systemswindler The CKS licensing agreement mentioned rights to only Cookies Brand trademarks. I didn’t see Adios mentioned at all in the 30 page agreement unless I missed something.
