@AlyssaM_InfoSec Yes! I was just thinking that. There's a lot of math that would go into figuring that amount. Do they have a standard size snow globe they allow? How do they compute the displacement of whatever is inside? Can I check their work? I have so many questions.

@HackingDave I'm a grown woman and still covered my eyes, and had my husband tell me when the graphic parts were over. Definitely not kid friendly. Maybe ok for mature 13 year olds.

@HackingDave @juxtapositionsi This. Plus add some focus to core strength and flexibility. I like iso-lateral farmer carries, single leg hip thrusts, and split squats to strengthen core and low back.
