@d0nutptr Paying for something by cheque/check - that was already out of favour by the time I was a teenager/adult (2000s) - really only used by grandparents at that point.

@d0nutptr Do what those pomodoro streamers do and ignore chat while working. Doesn't completely solve your problem but at least you would only have to interact with us normal folk for 5mins out of every 30. 😂

@geerlingguy Oldie but a goodie - I have been using a Filco Majestouch 2 ninja with cherry browns. It’s not too loud if it’s on a good deskpad. Love that thing

@bash_bunni Going to join with the unpopular crowd here. Making your own would make for great content but imo you should start with a bought one and maybe look into making one as a hobby / stream content later on.

@bash_bunni Also, the feeling of refactoring or using a profiler to optimise 10-100x+ speed ups is also amazingly satisfying. As much fun as writing the core to begin with imo.
