@energywebx is a non-profit organization that is developing open-source technology to accelerate the energy transition. The organization's mission is to "enable the efficient, secure, and transparent exchange of energy and related data across the entire energy ecosystem."
@XEnergyWeb is the latest addition to the Energy Web Decentralized Operating System (EW-DOS). It is a technology that enables enterprises to deploy thousands of independent worker nodes, coordinate them in cohesive networks, and allow the public to verify the results of their work. EWX is designed to be a scalable and secure platform for a wide range of applications, including:

· Green Proofs: EWX can be used to create and verify
Green Proofs, which are certificates that attest to the
environmental attributes of electricity. Green Proofs
can be used by consumers to purchase verified
renewable energy, and by businesses to demonstrate
their commitment to sustainability.
· Data Exchange: EWX can be used to create and
manage secure data marketplaces. These
marketplaces can be used to exchange data about
energy production, consumption, and grid operations.
· Asset Management: EWX can be used to manage and
track assets in the energy ecosystem. This includes
assets such as renewable energy generators, electric
vehicles, and energy storage systems.

Some additional facts about Energy Web and Energy Web X:

· Energy Web has over 250 members, including energy
companies, technology companies, and NGOs.
· Energy Web X is the first enterprise-grade
decentralized application platform built on the
Substrate framework.
- It is a public, substrate-based blockchain
specifically designed to power worker node
networks in support of enterprise applications in the
energy sector."
- Nearly 1.4 million EWTs are locked into the EWX
chain, ready to be deployed on worker nodes to
verify data and earn rewards.
