You’d be surprised how many juniors are being removed from recruiting boards because of their grades and missing credits. Kids chase offers and exposure, but forget—grades make those offers committable.

And it’s not the high school coach’s job to be a parent. Parents have to check grades, monitor progress, and stay involved. Everyone’s focused on NIL money, but forgetting to actually parent instead of trying to be their child’s best friend.
