@Flipkart, @Moto & Jeeves just gave me the WORST service I’ve seen in my life.
4 days. 5 useless technicians. 10 pointless videos. Fake calls. Invalid PINs.
And they STILL couldn’t replace a broken soundbar.
This is pure abuse.

@imrakesh474 @flipkartsupport It's a complete waste of time, flipkart won't do anything, delivery/support guy won't do anything or they will do anything that they like and even their customer support will say they can't do anything....

Jeeves just closes tickets without fixing anything.

This isn’t customer service — it’s customer torture.
Brands need to stop partnering with these clowns if they care about their reputation.
In the end i want a refund.
