@northernassist I think you have a problem with your mobile app. Ticket prices are coming out at nearly three times as much, compared to your website, for the same journey!! I nearly massively over paid for my ticket!!

@northernassist That doesn’t really make any sense, as it across all the trains. Also all platform (mobile app, website & at the station) should be providing the best (if not the same) price.
