@hmvUKHelp No you haven’t sent me an email. You’ve sent a DM and it’s go no more information it says you’re busy and my item is in stock so will be sent at some point. Rubbish lack of service and will never ever buy from HMV again!

@hmvUKHelp would love to know why my order has still not been dispatched? It clearly states on your website that you will be charged when your item is prepared for dispatch that’s a lie as I was charged immediately. I have waited a week now. Get that it’s December but not good!

@jet2tweets hi I have a trip to Reykjavik booked for 14th March from Newcastle and I have booked a tour and pick up from my hotel Foss Hotel Raudara and have been told by the tour operator that the hotel is closed until May. Can I have some clarity please?
