For #NationalPoetryDay, Bradfields Academy Primary students have been using the book Ten Little Pirates to explore rhythm and rhyme.
The students wrote their own versions, renamed Ten (or Five!) Little Vikings, to support their current topic.

In July, Bradfields Academy Primary students in Owls Class went to Rochester as part of their 'Where We Live' Geography topic.
They enjoyed a Scavenger Hunt, and were used their own money to practise budgeting, as well as calculating and checking change.

Owl Class, in the Bradfields Academy Primary Community, have been learning about the Romans in History.
The students have had fun making mosaic tiles, Roman shields known as 'scutums', and a biscuit model of the Colosseum.

As part of their Enrichment Day, Bradfields Academy Primary students learned all about Dinosaurs!
They dressed up as dinosaurs / rangers and had the opportunity to see three dinosaurs and dig for fossils!
