@OctopusEnergy are there some widespread issues with intelligent charging going on that we don’t know about?
Charging stops part way through and not been able to smart/bump charge for a week.
Appointment booked for next week but been told this might only be for ‘diagnosis’
@ScottishPower ridiculous. Email about a complaint ongoing for 6 months. Point out that your ridiculous estimates are around £600 over my actual usage that I have proof of.
Your answer : ‘we’ll fit a new meter, you can close your complaint here’
