@lisathebeauty1 Yeah, we live in a capitalist country, you can charge what the market rate is. If it doesn't allow it, then you can't sell/rent it. Although I like your plan, so the renters shouldnt be allowed any pay rises for as long as they rent it and no increase in benefits. Ok gotcha.
