@hubermanlab @UCSF They have bad teeth mostly due to the meth inhibiting their ability to produce saliva (which is partially why they’re always moving their mouths/licking their lips).

Although I’m sure mouth breathing also contributes to reducing the saliva’s protective properties.

@RyanDanz You can replace with market rate. It’s a 1:1 replacement (either market rate or affordable). The affordability requirement only applies to units that were legally restricted as affordable or subject to rent control, not just because a tenant happened to be low-income.
