@Argos_Online I have sent a DM. I am not impressed with the service at all, especially when I ordered it under the impression that I can collect right away, especially as I live 15/20 mins away from the collection point.

@Argos_Online safe to say you're system is utter awful. Ordered yesterday with it stating "Collect Right Away", it wasn't after I ordered it. Now order has been delayed and when I'm trying to use your customer service chat it keeps asking me if I want to cancel. Awful service

@RailwayExplorer Wished @LumoTravel stopped in York, would make travel easier and cheaper especially out of a major station; rather than skipping up to Newcastle - totally understand the business model but it seems that there is somewhat of a gap in the market considering they pass through York?
