@Truecaller @Sanimainaira This doesn't answer my question. Either the latest version of the truecaller app doesn't have the feature or my phone OS 13.0 isn't compatible with the app.

Like the attached image, a popup usually prompt whenever I copy numbers from other app without going to truecaller app.

There's this amazing experience I had in my old Android phone. Once any number is copied from other app (message, WhatsApp, Facebook etc), my truecaller automatically pops the search prompt without going to truecaller app.

How can I enjoy same with my new phone?
