Three activists from the direct action group People Against Genocide—dubbed the "Ultra 3"—appeared at the Old Bailey today for a pre-trial hearing, formally pleading not guilty to charges alleging £1.3 million in criminal damage to military satellite communications equipment.
​The charges follow a July direct action at the Ultra Intelligence & Communications facility in Tring, Hertfordshire, a key supplier to Elbit Systems' UK subsidiary, UAV Tactical Systems. With court backlogs continuing to mount, the trial has been listed for April 2028 at Woolwich Crown Court.
