Economic wise, our goods we sell to other nations have the price of healthcare baked into our export price. Where Europe, China even the Gulf States do not have that cost in their products. So they can sell cheaper or better.

NASCAR has to to do that too. And determine premeditation, harm done, and punishment to defer further actions. Mostly if not all for safety reasons.
But I think NASCAR does a pretty good job of it.

@KellyCrandall If an NFL player went over and punched an opposing member who's been blocking him viciously, and took a swing and hit him. The NFL would take swift and severe punishment for the act under they're standing rules and the "Personal Conduct Policy"
