@Target still faxes?? signed up for the red debit card- mailed it and someone stole it. No activation sec and now I’m $1000 out of pocket. Customer care disconnected with me and then the fraud department said they’d mail or fax me a questionnaire to start my claim? Where’s my $?

@AskTarget Will it result in them telling me they are faxing or mailing me something about fraud before I can get my money back? If so- this is spectacularly bad.

@AskTarget So I’ve been taken for $1k. I’ve had awful customer service. I’ve been told I’ll get a fax (in 2023) and my recommended action is to take more time away from work to try and call again?
