In our latest issue, we spoke to Lily Elsner, Co-Founder, and CEO, Jack Fertility🚀
“It was such an amazing thing to hear – this vulnerable, responsible thing for a man to do. It’s so treatable on the male side, yet there’s so much stigma. Over 30% of cases of infertility are due to the male factor,” she said.
From that conversation, the idea for Jack Fertility grew, and Elsner had the perfect blended background to be co-founder.

With the Women of the Future Awards NOW OPEN, this week I’ve spoken to former nominee Lily Elsner @LilElsner
Lily Elsner is the co-founder and CEO of @jackfertility, a postal male fertility test company revolutionising male reproductive healthcare, and on a mission to make sperm testing as easy as possible.
Since childhood Lily has been passionate about changing and improving the healthcare industry by making products and services more innovative and consumer-centric.
A Wellesley College graduate, Lily went on to earn an MBA from Oxford University's Saïd Business School, and is now an entrepreneur whose career has spanned biotech, start-ups, as well as law and banking; consistently advising those at the most senior levels.
Finally in the driver’s seat herself, as CEO of Jack Fertility, along with her brilliant co-founder, advisors and team, Lily is on a mission to change the perception of fertility, to normalise testing and end infertility as a ‘woman’s issue’ when it's just as likely to be a 'male issue.'
Also a HUGE champion of women in business, Lily was shortlisted in the Entrepreneur category for the Women of the Future Awards 2023.

We were delighted to be mentioned in @elle_hunt's fantastic op-ed in The @guardian today! Thanks so much to her for covering and drawing attention to #malefertility
It will take decades to undo the pernicious belief that fertility and family planning is a women’s issue – and perhaps longer for men to feel equally invested. By me for @guardianopinion https://t.co/YDo1dbbtpO
