I help people transform their lives by leveraging psychology

Fear should either initiate productive action, or be discarded immediately.

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Did you really burn out,
or did you just finally stop
performing for others?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Is it burnout,
or time to rest?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

The crowds run in circles
How can you be left behind?

What dog has gotten ahead
By chasing its tail?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

“I hit a wall”
Good.
You outgrew the enclosure

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Are you lost?
Possibly.
But isn’t that part
of every adventure?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Do you really need more clarity,
or just the courage to act?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Why do you feel left behind,
chasing crowds to nowhere?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

@earthcurated

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Did you get left behind, or did you just stop chasing the wrong crowd?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Did you really fail, or did you just learn the hard way?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Does it count as failure if you learned?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Are you really back at square one, or did you just unlock a new level?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Are you really stuck
or do your standards keep rising?

[Jack Grey @jackgreypsy]

Were you rejected, or just ‘redirected?’

The sooner you recognize the minutia which these major issues are rooted in, the sooner you can begin to shift behaviors away from self-destruction, and towards self-actualization
