Take one person that _did not_ respond to treatment in an RCT back in time, make 1000 clones, and give each clone the same PD-L1 inhibitor which showed a response in 5% of patients. How many clones will most likely have a response? cc @VPrasadMDMPH

@gvwilson @Mayacelium I have some initial thoughts, which I'll write down. But there are others who also may be able to contribute in this area (cc @StatModeling for example). A visual language for exploring models could be a powerful learning tool. Super cool work.

@BrianNosek This claim isn't operationalized routinely in textbooks, but what about all the drugs that fail in animal models and/or phase 2 or 3 studies? These are widely believed to not work on the basis of a single experiment that is rarely replicated.
