A word of warning to nightshift workers: go easy on the midnight snacks and late meals. They may be putting you at higher risk of #diabetes, #heartdisease and #obesity, according to new research from @UniversitySA@UniofAdelaide and @sahmriAU https://t.co/GZCQ9qUMCm
Today my PhD journey has come to it's official end. A lovely celebration of the ups and downs of a PhD with the final reward of a doctorate. It was lovely to share with a number of @BBBRC_ family.
Very sad to learn about the death yesterday of Jo Arendt, a giant of melatonin biology, a pioneer and role model for women in science, and a great human being and mentor. I will miss her sage advice, her enthusiasm, and her wonderful laugh.
It has been long overdue (like my thesis) but tonight I am finally making my rice PhDing that was gifted to me by @Daniel57485565 . Looking forward to embracing the "Gestaltyness"
