I know in recent days I have told you guys that I have no idea how these jurors can't see the obvious answer right in front of them.

After giving it some thought, we have spent a GENERATION of women k*lling their children in the womb and calling it 'healthcare'.

Are we really surprised that a jury of women, with statistically 25%-30% of them having k*lled THEIR OWN child in the womb at some point, can't convict a mother who k*lled her own children?

The kids didn't get a mistrial, the kids don't get a second chance.

There is currently no federal law stopping a registered sex offender from becoming a parent through surrogacy.

We introduced the Protecting Children in Surrogacy Act to close the loophole. This bill would ban registered sex offenders from obtaining children through surrogacy arrangements. The legislation imposes criminal penalties of up to 10 years in federal prison for violations.

Children are not commodities, and surrogacy will not be weaponized by predators.

Nobody tells you when you’re a kid that one random Sunday at Grandma’s house will eventually be the last time everyone is there at the same time.

The cousins are running in and out of the house.

Somebody’s yelling, “STOP SLAMMING THAT DOOR!”

The adults are sitting around the kitchen table talking about things you couldn’t care less about.

There’s food everywhere.

Someone is asleep in a recliner.

You can hear the TV from the other room.

You’re bored half the time and begging to go home.

And you have absolutely no idea that you are standing inside a memory you will spend the rest of your life wishing you could walk back into.

Then everybody grows up.

The cousins move away.

People get married.

Families get busy.

Grandparents get older.

The house gets sold.

Some people stop speaking.

Some people are no longer here.

And suddenly you’d give just about anything to sit at that kitchen table for ten more minutes and hear everybody’s voices coming from different rooms.

The older I get, the more I realize…

We weren’t “just going to Grandma’s house.”

We were going to the one place where our entire family still belonged to each other.

And somehow none of us realized it was temporary.

INCREDIBLE: Hobby Lobby founder and CEO David Green says he does not view himself as the true owner of the multibillion-dollar company he built. Instead, he believes God owns everything and that he has simply been entrusted to manage it faithfully.

“We’re stewards. We are not owners,” Green has explained, pointing to Psalm 24:1: “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”

That conviction has shaped how the Green family uses the company’s success. Hobby Lobby gives more than 50% of its profits to Christian causes, including Bible translation, evangelism, church planting, and ministries sharing the Gospel around the world. Through its foundation and ministry partners, the family has invested more than $1 billion into Christian work.

Hobby Lobby started with a $600 loan and has grown into a company with more than 1,000 stores and annual sales exceeding $8 billion. Green says the purpose of continued growth is not simply accumulating more wealth—it is creating more opportunities to tell people about Jesus.

Hennepin County, home to Minneapolis, took in more federal spending than any other county in America over an 18 month stretch.
A study found more than $286 billion was committed there. A large share is tied to Medicare and health contracts.
That is the same Minnesota system where investigators keep uncovering massive Medicaid and healthcare fraud.
It is hard to look at those two facts in the same county and pretend they have nothing to do with each other. Taxpayers already know where a lot of that money went.
What they deserve is for someone to be held accountable for the fraud.
