@BridgetNelson2 I haven’t worked in NICU for two years but I’m still always having nightmares about it. Main ones are either I’m almost done with my shift and discover a baby I’m assigned to that I haven’t taken care of at all or I just keep dropping a baby no matter how hard I try to hold it😅
