@BestBuyCanada - I bought a S22 for my son a few wks ago, & since he's a teen, I also bought the best buy protection with physical damage. My son & I have spent 4 hours trying to get a screen replaced. An agent hung up on my son when he asked for a sec to ask me a question. ?!?!
