@ShopifySupport My responses keep auto correcting as I send it, with errors so I’m frustrated and give up with that. But in short, we don’t need this alert. There’s a lot of other great features we DO need, this is not one of them.
Here to tweet @Shopify to tell them that this warning on an order and expecting delivery the same day as it was ordered is ridiculous and I don’t need this from them. 🫠🫠🫠
@ShopifySupport That’s exactly the feedback. I and many other merchants don’t understand why we can’t have a pick up location address for orders placed without having inventory at that location. We should be able to drop off “pick up orders” anywhere without inventory there.

@ShopifySupport ya’ll really mucked up the search function on the mobile app. Why would I want to see an order from 2020 when searching a customers name? Why doesn’t it show me the most recent by default? Explain the thought process to me. Please 😩 Stop fixing what isn’t broken
Dear @Shopify please put an icon or “There is a Note on this order” above the fold on the individual order page. I beg of you. I know there is one when you’re viewing ALL of the orders, but who goes out to view all of the orders every time?? I mocked it up for you.

Imagine if the surgeon operating on you was like “hi just wanna let you know it’s my freedom and right to not wear a mask while I cut open your belly and try and save your life, I might get some germs in there while I do it though and that might kill you anyways LOL”
Have we tried using the argument that if surgeons can wear masks during a stressful 14 hour surgery on a little tiny baby than you shouldn’t have a problem wearing 1 for an hour while you drag your ass around a grocery store? Have we?
@canadaposthelps Was a truck robbed at gun point? Did a building burn down? WHY on that date for me and other businesses are packages stuck on "Picked up" for tracking
@canadaposthelps Hi there, I have about 30 parcels that I shipped around June 10th that haven't seemed to move. Other small businesses I've talked to have said similar things with parcels they shipped on that day. Can I get an update on this?
@canadaposthelps Can I get a none robotic answer? I just said June 10th shipments for me and many other small businesses haven't moved since they were picked up. I give CP over 50k a year I deserve a better answer than something from a spread sheet. Did something happen on that day?
@rexy@PayPal@AskPayPal Honestly so surprised they sided with the merchant. Any time a customer has claimed “fraudulent charges” against me and I’ve provided all the accurate correct proof, I still lose.
