@BetaWasHear@ChristianBrouw4@TeslaNewswire UWB is already available on newer models. The feature refers to the ability to save and login using a Passkey saved to the device for password-less authentication to the app, or even possibly other Tesla services (e.g. website, Robotaxi) - not the vehicle.
@ChristianBrouw4@TeslaNewswire It’s just that you can save a Passkey to your device for password-less authentication for the app. Based on the report, doesn’t appear to be anything related to the vehicle key.
@TxTiny@GhanaMessiah@remarks No? So we can help them get the support and care they need, seeing the fatality rate. Regardless, you don’t want something like this spreading if it is the contagious strain it’s believed to be. It could be devastating and is extremely preventable.
@greenmeanie01@GunloverClub1 They specifically tell you to not use a “TSA approved” lock, or anything that supports a TSA key, out of safety and security.
You can use another app with a virtual key like Tessie, to get more details on the status of the car and control things, even while it’s in service. Not that I’d mess with anything, but it’s definitely cool being able to see the additional live data. They had wanted to keep mine overnight one time, but I had stuff in it I wanted to take for the night, and I was able to see if it was driven, the fact it wasn’t even moved during the whole day, and that it was outside, so I could come by and use Tessie to unlock it. I’d imagine your keycard would work too but I love the data.
@Ikuorai@aviationbrk It is on the ground, you can see out the window in the video. Only cases its typically used in flight are hydraulic failure. The video would have an incredible amount of additional background noise had the aircraft been in flight, also blocking out the PSU anyways.

@Bart2389 @UniRobloxGame They spent time on this and I’m sure they wouldn’t want to remove it either but they understand how the world works and are just trying to be respectful and courteous, nobody asked or was looking for your snarky low-life comments trying to make something of yourself.
@Bart2389 @UniRobloxGame What puts you in the right to call an extremely well-known group with ~200 active concurrent players as of this minute a “dead game”, making further mention that the developers are lazy after their respect for the copyright status and the company by removing the infringed assets?
