My learnings on the "founder funnel" and founder led marketing.

The wake up call for me was realising that people connect with people not brands. Social media has changed the game by allowing us to interact globally with ease.

I was a bit hesitant at first. I don't use social media and am quite introverted.

The breakthrough came when I realised:
- Share what you tell investors, hires, partners, and projects with a wider audience.
- Share your learnings on building your project. Your community and other founders will resonate with this.
- Don't worry about what others think. Be yourself. Not everyone will like you and that's okay.
- Have an opinion and a viewpoint. This will encourage more engagement and help "build your brand".

All this stuff still makes me cringe. But I've realised it's the best way to connect with your community and grow online.

As a founder, you have to do what's best for your project. Not just what you feel like doing.

A lot of dapps are going to be released in the next few weeks. We are going to make it easier to discovery them (see pic below).

Dev incentives we have the grants and the eco fund. We haven't decided to do incentives for individuals yet as we want to see organic dev growth. Incentives are a bit of a double edge sword because you get a lot of farmers. But will chat with the team may be worth considering now we are a bit more mature.

Dedicated wallet is a lot of work! We are integrating some new faster ones. If we can't find anything fast enough we may start our own.
